Season chicken to taste. In a large frying pan cook chicken in olive oil or veg oil over medium heat. **** Don't over or under cook chicken

Cook stew in pot at the same time your cooking chicken in pan

Set chicken aside when done to cool off. When cool cut chicken into small cubes

In a dutch oven or small stock pot add 1/4 cup of veg or olive oil

Add chopped or sliced onion to pot

add chopped, sliced or diced mushrooms

add minced garlic

add the 1/4 of Worcestershire sauce

mix and let cook down some

add the kale and let it cook down about 1-2 mins

add coleslaw mix

add all powder seasonings listed abv. Then add brown sugar. Let cook for 4 -5 mins. Be sure to stir regularly

add chicken stock from box. if using bouillon packets use 2 packet and 32oz of water

when veggies are done and stew is smelling up your house. turn the pot off. drained diced tomatoes and add them.

then add the cooked cubed chicken

Give a good stir and your done.

Tip: season to your taste. also add more stock if you want a more broth or soup feell
