Ingredients

4Green tomatoes, cut into 1/4 inch rings
1Salt and black pepper
3/4 cupFlour
1 tbspGarlic powder
4Eggs
2 tbspMilk
1 1/2 cupPanko bread crumbs
1 pinchCayenne pepper
1 pinchPaprika

Steps

Pre heat oil to 350

Season tomatoes on both sides with salt and pepper
3

Place garlic powder and flour into shallow dish
4

In another shallow dish beat eggs with milk
5

Dredge tomatoes through flour, then eggs, then bread crumbs
6

Add only a few pieces to the fryer at a time, cook evenly, about 2-3 minutes
7

Drain on paper towel and serve
