Marinate sundried tomatoes in balsamic vinegar

Cook pasta, boil shrimp, sauté mushrooms
- 3
Add E.V.O.O to pan, add minced garlic & allow oil to warm. Add frozen veggie stir fry stirring occasionally.

When stir fry is thawed, add spinach and sun-dried tomatoes

Toast pine nuts in skillet, mixing often so they don't burn

Add pine nuts, juice from 1/2 lemon, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper. Sautée on low heat. Drain & and add shrimp. Drain & mix pasta with veggie stir fry and you're done!
