I wanted to make breaded chicken, and did not have crumbs (breading) so I created my own.

I wanted to make breaded chicken, and did not have crumbs (breading) so I created my own.
Steps

Boil the chicken breasts for about 10 min. or until well cooked.

Meanwhile, mix all of the ingredients for the breading except the egg in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt for a little flavor and moisture.

Beat the egg in a bowl until homogenous.

Remove the chicken breasts from the fire when cooked and cut then in half by the midsection.

Cover the pieces in egg and then in the breading mixture.

Place in a previously heated pan at low heat with the oil (so the nuts don't burn) and fry until all the surface is cooked (about 3 min.)

Remove quickly and place on a paper napkin.
