Ingredients

  • 1 bunchFresh methi (washed and chopped)
  • 2-3Potatoes - medium (boiled and chopped)
  • 1 tspGarlic - chopped
  • 1 tspGreen chilli -
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspHaldi -
  • 1/2 tspAmchur -
  • 1 tbspOil -

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok.

    Put garlic and green chillies. Saute for a min.

  3. 3

    Add chopped methi. Cook till it leaves bitter smell.

    Add salt and haldi and amchur. Mix well.
