100 gramsSelf Raise Flour
2 tbspButtermilk or Full Cream Milk
100 gramsFine Sugar
5Eggs
1/2 tbspOvalet
1 tbspVanilla Essence
100 gramsSalted Butter / Margarine

Preheat oven at 145'C

Cream both fine sugar and salted butter / margarine.

Add in rest of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat stiffly to mix well.

Add in the creamed butter / margarine. Beat little bit more to mix well.

Pour into favourite baking pan and bake for 30 - 40 minutes.

Poke in the centre with a Cake tester. Its done when the tester comes out clean.
