Ingredients

  • 3 cuppacked fresh basil
  • 3 tbspminced shallot or onion (about 1/2 very small onion)
  • 2 tbspminced garlic. (About 1 head)
  • 1/4 cuptoasted pine nuts (toast for 5 min @ 350)
  • 1/2 cupgrated parmesean
  • 1 cupolive oil
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 10 pinchpepper (10 turns)
