Matar ko raat bhar ke liye Pani mein bhigo dijiye. Isse cooker mein namak aur Pani daal Kar boil Kar lijiye.

Ab ismein 1/2 spoon coriander powder, 1/3 spoon cumin powder, 1/3 spoon red chilli powder, sugar aur lemon juice daal Kar achchi tarah Mila lijiye.

Samosa banane ke liye maide ko ghee aur namak aur jira daal Kar dough bana lijiye. Isse gile kapde se dhak Kar rakh lijiye. Iski feeling ke liye aalu ko kaat lijiye. Karahi mein tel Garam kijiye ismein aalu ko daliye, namak, chopped green chilli daliye aur low flame par dhak Kar pakaiye.

Jab aalu pak Jaye toh ismein coriander powder, haldi powder, Cumin powder, red chilli powder daal Kar achchi tarah milaiye. Aur isse achchi tarah mash Kar lijiye.

Ab taiyari maide ke balls bana lijiye isse roti ki tarah bel lijiye aur beech see Kat lijiy.

Ab isse cone ki tarah banate huye isse Pani se stick kijiye.

Ab ismein aalu ko rakhiye aur iske Charo taraf Pani laga Kar band Kar dijiye.

Ab karahi mein tel Garam kijiye aur samose ko deep fry kijiye. Samose ko humesha low flame par hi fry kijiye aur jab sunhara ho Jaye toh isse tell mein see nikal lijiye.

Garamagaram samose taiyar Hai.

Ab plate mein samoson ko rakhiye aur beech se daba Kar tod lijiye iske baad iss par chole daliye, card daliye iske baad iss par chopped onion, chopped chilli, chopped coriander leaves aur sev ya bhujiya daliye. Aur fir iss par ciba chatakara chat masala daal Kar isse maze see khaiye.
