  • 4 clovegarlic, sliced
  • 1 1/2Red Onion, sliced thinly
  • sesame oil
  • 1 tbspOlive Oil
  • 1 tspwhite pepper

    Cook garlic and onion in olive oil till fragrant

  2. 2

    Add spinach. Cook till warm, tossing constantly. Don't over cook.

  3. 3

    Remove from heat. Splash with sesame oil, add pepper.
