Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsmilk
  2. 1 cupkhoya (100 gm)
  3. 2-3 tspshahi kulfi mix
  4. as per ur tasteSugar
  5. Suji Rusk
  6. silver verk for garnishing
  7. Chopped pistachios - for garnishing
  8. For sugar syrup
  9. 1 cupsugar
  10. 1/2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk in non stick pan or any.

    When milk gets boil, add grated or crumbled khoya.

    Add kulfi mix and sugar.

    Cook it on high flame for 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Switch off the gas.

  6. 6

    Boil sugar and water in another pan.

    Make one thread consistency sugar syrup.

    Dip suji rusk in sugar syrup for 2 minutes.

    Take it out.

    Spread mixture on it.

    Garnish with pistachios and silver verk.
