Nicely wash hara pyaaz and chop finely. Chop green chilies too. Cut the aaloo in cube shape.

Take a kadai, add oil. Once it's hot add jeera and then aaloo. Add salt, mix both and cover the lid, let it cook for 10/15 mins by in between stirring it.

Once aaloo are cooked add hara pyaaz and green chilies and let it cook for 5 minutes more by covering the lid.

Once hara pyaaz are cooked add lal mirch and mix well. Let it cook for 2/3 minutes more by covering the lid.

Hara Pyaaz Aaloo ki sukhi bhaji is ready to serve.
