Ingredients

  1. cake- mix together
  2. 2 1/2 cupFlour
  3. 3/4 cupSugar
  4. 1 cupBrown sugar
  5. 1 tspNutmeg
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 3/4 cupVegetable oil
  8. add to 3/4 cup of main mix & setaside
  9. 1/2 cupChopped nuts (optional)
  10. 2 tspCinnamon
  11. will add to main mixture
  12. 1 cupButtermilk
  13. 1 tspBaking soda
  14. 1Egg beaten

Steps

  1. 1

    Take out:
    3/4 cup if mixture & add 2tsp. Cinnamon (set aside)

  2. 2

    To main mixture add:
    Buttermilk
    Baking soda
    Egg
    Mix well

  3. 3

    Pour into greases 9x13 pan
    Sprinkle with topping
    Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes
