1 cupApple Cider Vinegar

1 cupBrown Sugar
4 tbspCrushed Red Pepper
1 tbspSoy Sauce
1/2 cupSeagrams 7 Whisky
1 tbspHoney
1 smallChopped Sweet Onion
3 smallChopped Sweet Baby Bell Peppers

Combine all ingredients in large stock pot or slow cooker

Cook on medium heat for 2+ hours stirring occasionally

Turn on high heat and simmer to reduce sauce to desired thickness
