  • 2 cupshredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 ozcream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  • 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/4 tspground cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 tsponion powder
  • 1jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (optional)
  • 4 ozjar diced pimento, drained
  • salt and black pepper to taste

    Place all ingredients except salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Mix or beat at medium speed with paddle, if possible, until thoroughly combined.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.
