Ingredients

  1. 1 lbadzuki beans
  2. 1water to cover and soak in a container
  3. 3 quartwater
  4. 4 ozmargarine, butter or ghee
  5. 2 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  6. 1 tspground black pepper
  7. 2 tspsalt
  8. 1 smallonion chopped
  9. 2 tbspjalapeño juice from a jar of sliced jalapeños

Steps

  1. 1

    soak beans overnight or 4 hours before cooking drain beans add to pot cover with water add spices onions and margarine

  2. 2

    bring to boil

    cover with lid cook till beans are done
