Ab ek karai mein gee daal kar gram Karein or jeera, heeng, methi Dana daale or ginger,green chilli daal kar sauté Karein.

Ab usme sare masale daal kar mix Karein. Phir 1 glass pani daal kar ek boil lagaye or Palak or curd mix paste daal kar lagataar chalate rahein jab tak ki ek boil na ajae.

Phir crush Karein hue papad daal kar tore time paka le or end mein coriander daal de.
