Bring the butter or olive oil to a medium high heat with the garlic and lemon juice

Coat the tuna in the spices and parmesan cheese
- 3
Spread the mustard on either before or after you coat in spices. I also suggest having a dollop on the plate once served
- 4
Sear tuna steak in pan for about one minutes on either side (approximate time for an inch thick steak)
