Steps

Boil for 20 min or until cooked, shred it into small bits, set the broth and shredded chicken breast aside

Fry bacon in the pot until cooked, then slice into small strips, set aside

In the same pot, sauté onions and garlic. Add the cooked chicken breast and bacon. Add fish sauce, butter, chicken cube and elbow macaroni cook for 5 mins or until all the ingredients are mixed together

Add water + chicken broth to pot and boil for 20mins

Add the evaporated milk, simmer for 15mins

Add the vegetables, cook for 10mins.

Note, add water as needed since the macaroni will absorb the water. Plus add salt and pepper to taste
