Ingredients

  1. 4Boiled Egg
  2. 4Onion
  3. 1Tomato
  4. 8beans
  5. 1carrot
  6. 2capsicum
  7. as needed Cauliflower little
  8. 1potato
  9. 25 gmspaneer
  10. 300 gmsRice
  11. as neededFried oinions to garnish
  12. 1 tspGaram masala
  13. if requiredKhade masale
  14. To tasteSalt
  15. 3 tspBiryani masala
  16. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  17. 1/2 tspHaldi
  18. 2 tbspGhee
  19. 200 gmsCurd
  20. as neededCoriander leaves
  21. as neededPudina or mint leaves little
  22. as neededChopped Kaju and badam
  23. as neededMilk with few strands of kesar

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil rice and keep aside

  2. 2

    Take a pan add ghee, chopped onion fry little, add chopped tomatoes, and all chopped veggies now saute and let it cook for sometime.

    Take curd add all spices now add this curd mix in pan

    Now let it cook for 5minutes

  5. 5

    Now add paneer and 2 boiled eggs

  6. 6

    Now take a flat vessel

  7. 7

    Add veggies mix

  8. 8

    Add coriander leaves and fried onions

  9. 9

    Now add rice, take half rice and add turmeric powder for yellow colour

  10. 10

    Now add coriander leaves & pudina leaves, fried onions

  11. 11

    Add chopped dry fruits

  12. 12

    Keep 2 boiled eggs

  13. 13

    Add little kesar milk for rich texture
