I found one day I fancied chicken but had no pasta sauce in so I created this from scratch. feel free to add herbs if you feel it necessary.

I found one day I fancied chicken but had no pasta sauce in so I created this from scratch. feel free to add herbs if you feel it necessary.

Heat oil in pan and add garlic paste to oil until sizziling, seal chicken

Make cheese sauce whether it be from scratch or packet but will need two packets.

Add the chicken and oil into sauce along the mushrooms chopped into quarters. Leave to simmer for 10 to 15 mins depending on how big the chunks of chicken and mushroom are.

Add the side and serve :)
