In a mixing bowl, add maida, oil and mix well with the help of ur palm

See the mixture has lumps or not

Now add jeera powder, black pepper powder and ajwain powder (tino ko ek saath bhunn ke mixer mein fine powder bana le)

Then add green chillies, curry leaves paste, palak puree, salt and knead a soft dough by adding little water

Keep it aside for 15 - 20 minutes.

Take a small portion from the dough and roll a very fine thin Ritu.

Cut them into long and thin strips

Heat oil in a Kasai and deep fry it.

Oil is hot enough, add Palak fingers and slow down the flame.

Turn them slowly and fry till they become crisp.

Palak fingers are ready to eat. Serve hot with Tea or coffee
