  1. black whole urad dal 1 cup. red kidney beans 50 gm. salt to taste. red chilli powder 1 tsp. milk 250 ml. ginger 2 inch fine chop. garlic 6 cloves fine chop. cumin seeds half tsp
  2. oil 1tbs. tomato 2 large. 1 onion medium. garam masala 1 tsp

    Subse se pehle urad dal or kidney beans ko water me soak 6 to 7 hours taq kre or abh dal ko wash kre or boil kre or abh ek pan me add oil add cumin seeds ginger garlic tomato onion ko achi traha brown kre add red chilli powder or paste bna le or abh boil dal or kidney beans ko stain se alag krr le or abh ek pan me add milk add dal or kidney beans add tomato or onion ki puree or achi traha cook kre add garam masala add salt last an 1 tbs fresh cream an buter last garnish fresh cream
