Soak dals for 8-9 hours

Im a pressure cookar take daal add salt and water and cook for 2-3 whistle

Heat a pan add oil, cumin seeds, dried red chilli and onions now add butter cook until onions turns brown

Now add ginger garlic paste saute for few minutes add tomato puree, salt

Now add red chilli powder and Ciba daal makhni masala

Mix it well

When masala starts releasing oil add fresh cream

Now mix fresh cream and masala

Add Kasuri methi
- 10
Now add cooked daal mix well and cook for few minutes

Garnish it with fresh cream and coriander leaves
