  • 1Red paprika
  • 1 smallonion
  • 25 gramsButter or margarine
  • 1 tspBroth powder
  • 1/2 tspThyme
  • Freshly grounded pepper

  1. 1

    Divide THE cauliflower into small roses

    Wash the paprika and cut it into pieces

  3. 3

    Peal and cut the onion

    Heat the butter into a pot and stove the onion for several minutes

    Add the cauliflower, paprika, broth powder, thyme and 1 dl of water

    Cover the vegetables and stove them for at least 15 minutes

    Stir from time to time and add salt and pepper to taste
