Ingredients

8 ozSoftened cream cheese
1/3 cupChopped green olives
1/2 tspMinced garlic
1 tbspDried onion-rehydrated with a little water
1 tspDried parsley
2 tbspFresh, chopped basil
1/2 tspFresh, chopped oregano
1Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Serve with your favorite crackers. The longer it chills, the better the flavor.
