Ingredients

  • 8 ozSoftened cream cheese
  • 1/3 cupChopped green olives
  • 1/2 tspMinced garlic
  • 1 tbspDried onion-rehydrated with a little water
  • 1 tspDried parsley
  • 2 tbspFresh, chopped basil
  • 1/2 tspFresh, chopped oregano
  • 1Salt & pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Serve with your favorite crackers. The longer it chills, the better the flavor.
