Ingredients

  • 1Seedless orange
  • 1Red grapefruit
  • 1 cupHaas avocado
  • 1/4 cupFinely chopped red onion
  • 2 tbspCilantro
  • 1/2 tspLime zest
  • 2 tbspLime juice
  • 1 dashSalt and pepper
  • 1 tbspOlive oil
  • 1 1/2 lbScallops

Steps

  1. 1

    Gently toss all first 9 ingredients together. Heat oil in pan and season scallops with salt and pepper cook in pan for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes on each side. Transfer scallops to dish and spoon salsa over scallops
