Ingredients

  1. 1Seedless orange
  2. 1Red grapefruit
  3. 1 cupHaas avocado
  4. 1/4 cupFinely chopped red onion
  5. 2 tbspCilantro
  6. 1/2 tspLime zest
  7. 2 tbspLime juice
  8. 1 dashSalt and pepper
  9. 1 tbspOlive oil
  10. 1 1/2 lbScallops

Steps

  1. 1

    Gently toss all first 9 ingredients together. Heat oil in pan and season scallops with salt and pepper cook in pan for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes on each side. Transfer scallops to dish and spoon salsa over scallops
