Pehle gobi ko kat ke 5 min tak garam pani me boil karein.

Then uss gobi ko ek frying pan halka Brown fry karein.gobi fry hone ke baad ek plate me nikal dena hai. Then uss pan thoda oil add kar chopped onion, tomatoes, cashew nuts, green cadmium, black pepper, cinnamon stick ko 2-3 min tak low flame pe fry karein

Then pan se nikal ke thanda hone dijiye. Uske baad grind kar ke paste Bana lijiye.

Fir ek pan me two tbsp cooking oil garam karein. Then usme haldi powder and red chilli powder add karke 1-2 min cook karein. Fir usme grind kia hua paste add karke achhe se mila lijiye fir usko low flame 3-4 min tak cook karein.

Then usme ginger garlic paste add karke 2 min cook karein. Fir coriander powder, jeera powder add karein cook karein

4-5 min low flame pe cook karne ke baad usme fried gobi and grated paneer add karke mix kar lijiye

Gravy ke liye apne hisab se water add karke 3-4 min tak cook karein

Then ur gobi paneer Masala will b ready. Aur garam garam serve karein
