Ingredients

1 pkg (10 oz)frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cupdry bread crumbs
1small onion, finely chopped
2eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cupgrated Romano cheese
2 tspdried oregano
1 1/2 tspgarlic powder
1/2 tspsalt
1 lbground lamb
1 lbground beef
Tzatziki sauce for garnish

Steps

In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except tzatziki sauce, and mix well. Shape into loaf and place in greased 11x7 inch baking dish.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until no pink remains. Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with tzatziki sauce.
