Ingredients

  1. Non-alcoholic Ingredients
  2. 1 gallonApple Cider
  3. 3each Cinnamon Sticks, large
  4. 1 tspNutmeg, ground
  5. 2 tspCloves, whole
  6. 1 cupdark brown sugar
  7. Alcoholic Ingredients
  8. 750 mlGrain Alcohol, 190 proof
  9. 2 tspVanilla Extract
  10. 2 tspMaple Extract

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring Non-alcoholic Ingredients to boil over high heat in a large pot. (Heat setting 7)

  2. 2

    Once boiling, remove from heat and cover. Let sit at least 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cool mixture and remove solids from pot.

  4. 4

    Add Alcoholic Ingredients and serve warm or chilled.
