Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400

Pam a baking sheet

Pam a skillet

Dice onion and pepper
- 5
Cook turkey, onion and pepper on medium heat

Stir in tomato sauce and bring to a boil

Reduce to a simmer and cook for 5 mins to thicken.

Remove from heat and stir in cheese

Stack tortillas with foil between each. Bake for ten minutes

Spoon 1/2 cup of filling onto shell.

Fold in sides and roll up. Place seam down on baking sheet

Spray tops with pam

Bake for two minutes. Do not turn
