Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbulgur
  2. 1 largeonion
  3. 2 tbsptomato paste
  4. 3 smallsweet pepper
  5. 2 mediumtomato
  6. 10 tbspolive oil
  7. 3 tbsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Fry the small cut onion in oil with small cut peppers until they become very soft

    Add small cut and cleaned tomatoes, close the cover and leave on the fire until you have a cream type of mass.

    Add tomato paste and leave 2, 3 more minutes

  4. 4

    Add bulgur, salt, lemon juice and properly mix. Leave on the gas until the bulgur becomes soft. Then close the cover and leave a bit until all flavors get mixed.

    Serve hot or cold
