Bulgur Salad
Healthy and filling side dish and rice replacement.
Steps

Frustrated onions in olive oil for five minutes, the add the garlic.

Add the chopped tomatoes and tomato paste.

Add the bulgur after washing.

Add the water. Add the spices.
- 5
Let uncoved till a gentle boil, then cover for 15 minutes over low heat.

Remove from heat covered for twenty minutes.

Finally add chopped parsley, lemon juice and green onions. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese.
