Ingredients

  1. 4 tbspvegetable or groundnut oil
  2. 2 largeonions, chopped
  3. 3 clovegarlic, crushed
  4. 12ripe tomatoes, crushed
  5. 3hour chilies, crushed
  6. 1cube Maggi or bouillon
  7. 1Black pepper to taste
  8. 1 mediumpan
  9. 3more chilies (optional)
  10. 4whole fishes (optional)
  11. 500 gramscubed meat (optional)
  12. 750 mlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in the pan, add the onions and fry for 60 seconds.

  2. 2

    Add the tomatoes, chillies and garlic then fry for 5 minutes before adding the water and the Maggi cube.

  3. 3

    Cover and boil for 20 minutes then season and add the black pepper to taste.

  4. 4
