Mix flour and salt

Cut in oil with fork. Slowly add water mixing with hands until soft dough forms

Form into 2 in balls. Roll paper thin with rolling pin

Heat in hot pan until bubbles form. Flip and cook until brown spots form

Stack while warm to retain moisture
