Sautee half of onions, jalapeños, and garlic until soft. Add tomato paste. Mix with cooked rice and set aside

Sautee remaining onions, jalapeños, and garlic with 1 minced tomato and poblanos until soft

Add chicken broth, chopped meat, some lime juice, cumin, oregano and chipotles. Cook on low, covered for 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 425°

Strain mixture from liquid, spread onto baking pan. Bake 20 minutes until top is browned

Assemble burritos, wrap in parchment paper, place in freezer
