Ingredients

  1. 200 gChicken thigh
  2. 1Carrot
  3. 1Onion
  4. 3eggs
  5. 50 mlsake
  6. 50 mlsweet sake (mirin)
  7. 1little oil
  8. White rice you’d like to eat

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare all ingredients

    Cut the chicken into bite-size

  3. 3

    Slice the onion

  4. 4

    Cut the carrot. It’s fine to cut it into small chunks

  5. 5

    Fry the sliced onion

  6. 6

    Put the carrots into step 5

  7. 7

    Put the chicken into step 6

  8. 8

    Put all sake and sweet sake into step 7. Simmer over low heat for 10 to 20 min.

    Stir eggs

    Stop the heat and put the step 10’s egg, and wait for a while with covering

    Prepare white rice

  13. 13

    Put step 11’s food on the rice
