  • 3eggs
  • 50 mlsake
  • 50 mlsweet sake (mirin)
  • 1little oil
  • White rice you’d like to eat

    Prepare all ingredients

    Put all sake and sweet sake into step 7. Simmer over low heat for 10 to 20 min.
