Ingredients

  1. 4baking potatoes
  2. 8 slicebacon
  3. 1 cupsour cream
  4. 1/2 cupmilk
  5. 4 tbspbutter
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 1/2 tsppepper
  8. 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  9. 8green onions sliced

Cooking Instructions

    preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    bake potatoes for 1 hour

  3. 3

    cook bacon and crumble

  4. 4

    when potatoes are cooked cool for 10 minutes

  5. 5

    slice potatoes in half and scoop out flesh

  6. 6

    to potatoes flesh add sour cream,milk,butter and salt and pepper

  7. 7

    also add 1/2 cup of the cheese and 1/2 of the green onions and 1/2 of the bacon

  8. 8

    blend with mixer till blended and creamy

  9. 9

    spoon mixture into potatoes skins and top with remaining cheese,green onions and bacon

  10. 10

    bake for another 15 minutes
