  • 1Avocado, halved and pitted
  • 2Eggs
  • 1 dashSalt and pepper to taste
  • 1 dashCayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cupCrumbled bacon
  • 1 tbspFresh chives

    Preheat oven to 425°F

  2. 2

    Place avocado half in a ramekin (or cupcake tin) crack 1 egg in each half sprinkle seasoning on top

  3. 3

    Bake about 15 min until egg is cooked through sprinkle with bacon and chives
