  • 12 ozCranberries
  • 1 1/4 cupsugar
  • 2 tbspOrange zest
  • 1/4 cuporange juice
  • 1 1/4 cupwater
  • 1 tbsprosemary
  • 1Pork tenderloin
  • 1Steak seasoning

Steps

50 mins
  1. 1

    Combine first 5 ingredients.Bring to a boil and cook 10-15 Mins.

  2. 2

    Add rosemary then turn off and simmer.

  3. 3

    Put steak seasoning on tenderloin and sear all sides.

  4. 4

    Put Pork in oven dish. Pour cranberries on top.

  5. 5

    Cook @ 350° for 20-25 Mins.

  6. 6

    LET REST 10 MINS!!! Keeps in the juices!
