2Red Potatoes per person
1 1/2 lbGround beef
2Eggs
1 1/2 tspDijon
1 tbspWorcestershire
1 tspSalt
1/2 tspPepper
1/2 cupFinely chopped onions
1 cupOlive oil

Cut potatoes into 1/8 inch slices & place in foil or pie pan.

Mix rest of ingredients & divide into 6 patties & place onto of potatoes

Drizzle with olive oil (especially potatoes)
4

Bake 400°F 35 - 45 minutes
