Ingredients

  1. 4Lobster tails
  2. 2 cupchicken broth
  3. 1/2onion chopped
  4. 4 tbspbutter
  5. 4 tbspflour
  6. 4 cupheavy cream
  7. 3/4 tspsea salt
  8. 3/4 tspcayenne pepper
  9. 1 tspWorcestershire sauce
  10. 6 tbsptomato puree

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil thawed lobster tails in water with salt 5-10 minutes, then chop

  2. 2

    Saute onions in 1/2 cup chicken broth

  3. 3

    Melt butter in cooking pot and whisk in flour until creamy

  4. 4

    Add all ingredients except lobster

  5. 5

    Simmer for 30 minutes then add lobster

  6. 6

    Simmer for another 30 minutes and serve
