Ingredients

  • 1 packagesSemi sweet chocolate
  • 1/4 tspPeppermint extract
  • 36Ritz crackers
  • 1Peppermint candy cane crushed

Steps

  1. 1

    Microwave chocolate in a small microwaveable bowl as directed on package

  2. 2

    stir until completely melted

  3. 3

    Blend in extract

  4. 4

    Dip crackers in melted chocolate completely coating crackers with chocolate

  5. 5

    Carefully scape off any excess chocolate

  6. 6

    Place on waxed paper covered baking sheets and sprinkle with crushed candy

  7. 7

    Refrigerate until chocolate is firm
