Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupHeavy cream
  2. 1 tbspButter
  3. 1/2 cupWhite wine
  4. 1Lime (the juice of)
  5. 1Sea salt & fresh cracked pepper
  6. 1 tspCurry
  7. 1 cloveGarlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt the butter in a small sauce pan

  2. 2

    Lightly sauté the garlic in the melted butter

  3. 3

    Add white wine and cream

  4. 4

    Add remaining ingredients and let simmer until sauce is is thickened

  5. 5

    Serves well with chicken and meatier fish such as mahi mahi.
