Steps

Heat oil in a pan,add hing,mustard seeds,curry leaves and half of the onions.

Saute for a min add green chillies add garlic,ginger paste.stir a little add all powdered masalas mix well add sprouts

Add salt and 2,3 cups of water garam masala and green coriander cover and cook for ten to 15 mins.

Pour a ladleful of cooked sprouts in a deep bowl,put some farshaan over it. Sprinkle remaining chopped onions,coriander and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Serve with lemon slices and pav
