  1. 1 cupmoong sprouts
  2. 1 cupmatki sprouts
  3. 2 tbspoil
  4. Pinchhing
  5. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  6. As neededFew curry leaves
  7. 2large finely chopped onions
  8. 2large finely chopped tomatoes
  9. 1 tspjeera powder
  10. 1 tbspginger,garlic paste
  11. 2green chillies (slit)
  12. 1 tspturmeric powder
  13. 1 tspcoriander powder
  14. 1 tspred chilli powder
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  17. as neededFresh coriander leaves
  18. 1 cupfarshaan
  19. as requiredPav
  20. as requiredLemon juice

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan,add hing,mustard seeds,curry leaves and half of the onions.

  2. 2

    Saute for a min add green chillies add garlic,ginger paste.stir a little add all powdered masalas mix well add sprouts

  3. 3

    Add salt and 2,3 cups of water garam masala and green coriander cover and cook for ten to 15 mins.

  4. 4

    Pour a ladleful of cooked sprouts in a deep bowl,put some farshaan over it. Sprinkle remaining chopped onions,coriander and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

  5. 5

    Serve with lemon slices and pav
