The rich flavor of sake blends with soy sauce, perfect with white rice. Easy to make and delicious to eat. Usually, you might fry sake with batter, but why not try my braised version? Let's cook!

Peel the sake fruit, cut into bite-sized pieces, and soak in diluted salt water. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and soak them in water.

Cut the dried bean curd into bite-sized pieces.

Heat oil and sauté the leek until fragrant, then add soy sauce, seasonings, and water. Bring to a boil. Add the soaked sake and mushrooms, and cook for 20 minutes.

Add the dried bean curd and cook for another 10 minutes.

Finish by sprinkling a little pepper on top and enjoy with white rice!
