Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgBhindi
  2. 2Boiled potatoes
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/2 tspHaldi
  5. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  6. as requiredChat masala
  7. 1 tspCorinder powder
  8. 1Onion chopped
  9. 1/2 tspCumin powder or seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    First wash and cut bindi and In one pan add cumin seeds in low flame as it start roasting add chopped onions

  2. 2

    Along bindi and add all masala and cook in slow flame as your bindi in soft and cooked add potatoes in it and mix it

  3. 3

    Ready to serve oil free bindi
