1/2 kgBhindi
2Boiled potatoes
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspHaldi
1 tspRed chilli powder
as requiredChat masala
1 tspCorinder powder
1Onion chopped
1/2 tspCumin powder or seeds

Steps

First wash and cut bindi and In one pan add cumin seeds in low flame as it start roasting add chopped onions

Along bindi and add all masala and cook in slow flame as your bindi in soft and cooked add potatoes in it and mix it

Ready to serve oil free bindi
