  2. 200 mlmilk (low fat/soy milk/almond milk / hemp seeds milk)
  3. 5Katre badam
  4. 2akhrot ke tukde
  5. 4-5kali kishmish
  6. 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder (dalchini powder)(optional)
  7. 1 tbspFlax Seeds (alsi ke beej)
  8. 1 tbspchia seeds
  9. 1/2 cup apni pasand ka koi fruit kata hua
  10. 1 tbsphoney

Steps

    Fruits aur honey ko chhodkar sari chizo ko mix karke kisi mason jar ya kisi bowl mein dalkar dhakkar fridge mein rakh dein.

    Morning mein jar ya bowl bahar nikale. Fruits & honey mix karke yummy & healthy breakfast enjoy karein.

    Ismein cocoa powder add karke chocolate flavor bhi diya ja sakta hai. Mango pulp use karke mango flavor ka bhi banaya ja sakta hai. Strawberry pulp or fruit ka use karke strawberry flavor bhi bana sakte hain. Dryfruits ki jagah coconut flakes & dates ka use karke Har din alag alag flavor ka oats banaye.

    Note : pehle se kate fruits rakhne aur honey ko fridge mein rakhne se uski nutrition value kam hoti hai isliye raat ko ye dono chize add na karein. Fruits taze hi use karein.
