Ugali, & Emmanuel Spinach
It's my brother's recipe :), hence the name
Steps
- 1
Wash and finely chop the spinach
- 2
Place in a sufuria, add the water and salt and bring to gently boil for 3 minutes
- 3
Drain the extra water (but do not pour it, you may use it for a soup or a as a broth add)
- 4
Stir in the coconut oil whilst the spinach is still hot
- 5
Serve and enjoy with a dish of your choice (in this case mine was Ugali - see my previous posts for the recipe)
